Health Metrics—Clients

On the Clients tab, you can hover over the trend graphs to see the Client health for the selected time range. It provides insights into the health metrics of the clients in the site.

The following graphs are displayed:

• Health - Displays the health status of the clients in the site. Hover over the chart lines to view the distribution of clients health status across categories: Poor, Fair, Good, and Unknown.

• Alerts - Displays the names of the top 3 active alerts that caused the health status of the clients. The height of the bar graphs represents the number of alerts. The order of the alerts displayed is based on priority and time of occurrence. You can click on the alerts bar graph to navigate to the specific alert from the Active Alerts side panel. Clients Task Pane

To view the Clients task pane, click on any point in the Health graph.

You can view the following information in the Clients pane:

• Displays the exact timestamp of the data snapshot.

• Health Filters: Displays Good, Fair, Poor, and Unknown health filters. The quick filter is preselected based on the health category chosen in the chart. The count of clients for each health filter is displayed.

• Clients table parameters:

  • Name—Displays the client name along with the along with the corresponding health reason displayed beneath it.

  • MAC Address—Displays the MAC address of the client.

  • IP Address—Displays the IP address of the client.
