Health Metrics—Gateways

Interact with the trend graphs in the Gateway tab to gain different insights into the gateway performance metrics:

• Hover over the trend graphs to see the gateway health for the selected time range.

• Click on specific points in the graph to see the status of all gateway devices in the site at a specific point in time. The displayed list can be filtered by Health (Good, Fair, or Poor), Status (Online or Offline), and Device Name (Using the Search Bar).

The following graphs are displayed:

• Health - Displays the number and the health status of the gateways in the site.

• Alerts - Displays the names of the top 3 active alerts that caused the health status of the gateways. The height of the bar graphs represents the number of alerts. The order of the alerts displayed is based on priority and time of occurrence. You can click on the alerts bar graph to navigate to the specific alert from the Active Alerts side panel.
