Searching and Filtering Clients
You can search for clients across columns in the list view using keywords in the search bar. You can also search for clients using filters.

The following table describes the quick filter tabs in the List view.

Displays the list of clients that are successfully connected to the network. Enabled by default. |

Displays the list of all failed client connections. |

Connecting |
Displays the list of client connections that are in progress. |

Displays the list of all offline clients. |

Blocked |
Displays the list of all blocked clients. |
|
Type |
|
|
Wireless |
Displays the list of clients connected to the wireless network. Enabled by default. |

Wired |
Displays the list of clients connected to the wired network. Enabled by default. |
|
Remote |
Displays the list of clients connected through VPN. |
Searching with Keywords
To search for clients using keywords, complete the following steps:

In the Search field, enter a keyword such as the client role, health status, or any other client information.

Press Enter
The devices in the List view are filtered based on the keyword.
Searching with Filters
To search for clients using filters, complete the following steps:

Click the Filters
icon.You can use the following types of filters to get the client's list.
Using Standard Filter
After clicking the filter icon, select the Standard option under the Filter tab.

Select the necessary options under the Standard section to filter the clients:

Health
-
Role
-
Network
-
Last Seen
-
VLAN
-
Tunneling
-
AirGroup Services

To apply the filters, click Apply.
The clients in the list view are filtered based on the selected criteria.
Optionally, click Clear to clear the selection.

The Filters
icon is updated to display the number of applied criteria. Hover over the icon to see a summary of the applied filters.Figure 3: Summary of Applied Filters
You can clear all the applied filters by clicking Clear Filters.
Using Classification Filter
After clicking the filter icon, select the Classification option under the Filter tab.

Select the necessary options under the Classification section to filter the clients:

Tag
-
Function
-
Vendor
-
Category
-
Model/OS
-
Fingerprint Attributes
-
-
Click Apply.
The clients in the list view are filtered based on the selected criteria.

Optionally, click Clear to clear the selection.
