Adding a Device Note from the Side Panel

To add a device note from a device side panel, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the device side panel of a device. For more information, see Viewing Device-Specific Information in the List View.

2. Click the note icon.
   The Note pop-up window is displayed.

3. Enter your note in the text field.

4. Click Save.
   The note is added and the note icon changes to a solid black color.
