Viewing Device-Specific Information in the List View

You can view the device-specific information on the side panel of the list view. The side panel for a device allows you to view the device-specific information at a glance without having to navigate further from the site-level list view.

To view the device-specific information on the side panel, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the list view for a site. For more information, see Viewing Devices in the List View.

  2. Select a device in the list view.

    The device-specific information is displayed on the side panel.

The following table describes the fields in the side panel.

Field

Description

IP Address

Displays the IP address of the device.

MAC Address

Displays the MAC address of the device.

Model

Displays the device model name.

Uptime

Displays the time since the device is operational. The Uptime field is not applicable for offline devices.

Cluster

Displays the cluster details for IAP such as the Virtual Controller, Number of Members, and Role. This field is applicable for IAPs only.

Note: The value of the field Role is not displayed for members that are not licensed on HPE GreenLake.

Stack

Displays the list of switch stack members and information such as the Serial Number, Role, and switch health status icons. This field is applicable for switches only.

Alerts

Displays a radial chart of alerts grouped by their severity. The Alerts field is not applicable for offline devices. You can click the radial chart to navigate to the Alerts page.

Clients

Displays a radial chart of clients grouped by their status. The Clients field is not applicable for offline devices. You can click the radial chart to navigate to the Clients page.

Ellipsis icon Displays the following options:
Reboot—reboots the device.
Locate Device—blinks the LEDs on the device for five minutes.
