Description

CNX-53487

Removing a configured vSphere extension from a switch displayed The service instance was unreachable error and the instance status changed to Connecting. The fix ensures that users can successfully remove a VSphere extension from a switch.

CNX-59130 The first filter did not clear automatically when a second filter was selected in the Port Summary page of the expanded Wired Interfaces card for a gateway. The fix ensures that the filters work as expected.

CNX-66623

The Power Consumption on the Hardware card was wrongly displayed as instantaneous power supply. This issue was seen on a 8400 series switch running 10.14 version. The fix ensures Power Consumption is displayed as average power consumption accurately.

CNX-81927 The Wired Interfaces card of AOS-CX switches did not display the details of the neighbor devices that were not managed in HPE Aruba Networking Central. The fix ensures that the Wired Interfaces card displays details for unmanaged neighbor devices.
CNX-96677 The Audit Trail page displayed the profile names correctly for profile types with multiple profiles. However, for profile types with a single profile, it displayed an incorrect profile name by appending _single_scope to the original profile name. The fix ensures that the Audit Trail page displays correct profile names.

CNX-104954

CNX-105773

When a device was configured with an existing IPv4 and fields, the device went into a conflict state and an error message An interface with the same IP address or subnet or an overlapping network already exists was displayed. The fix ensures that the device is configured and no error message is displayed.

CNX-105681

Disabling routing on the Ethernet interface failed when Router Discovery (RDISC) configurations were already in place. This created a configuration conflict on the device. The fix ensures that disabling routing on the Ethernet interface works as expected.

CNX-107243 The Alerts page in HPE Aruba Networking Central displayed incorrect device count value for the VLAN mismatch alert. The fix ensures that the Alerts page displays accurate information for all the alerts.

CNX-115157

HPE Aruba Networking Central incorrectly displays disconnected third-party switches as connected in the Connectivity Performance card on the device dashboard. This issue occurs even when SNMP timeout alerts are generated in OpsRamp. The fix ensures that the correct device connection status is displayed in the device dashboard.

CNX-118866

HPE Aruba Networking Central incorrectly displayed the Uptime parameter for third-party devices, and showed the time since the device was added to HPE Aruba Networking Central instead of its actual uptime. The fix ensures that the Uptime parameter for third-part devices is displayed correctly.

CNX-121380 The Properties card in the third-party switch dashboard did not display the Software Version running on the switch. The fix ensures that the Properties card displays the software version running on the third-party switches.

CNX-122220

Users failed to disable Override default role in the Wireless > WLAN > Update Profile page when they updated a WLAN SSID profile. The fix ensures that users are able to disable Override default role when updating a WLAN SSID profile.

CNX-123835

In HPE Aruba Networking Central if a device went offline and was re-registered, then listing the device on the device page failed. The UI did not display the new device registration alert for the re-registered devices. The fix ensures that the device page displays the device after reregistration.

CNX-128696 HPE Aruba Networking Central did not allow users to reconfigure Port Mode from Trunk to Access through an API call. The fix ensures that the API call for configuring port mode works as expected.

CNX-129232

Editing the AP System profiles under Configuration > Profile Management > System in HPE Aruba Networking Central displayed Failed to fetch reference details error. The fix ensures that the AP System profile works as expected.

CNX-129239

When an existing WLAN SSID profile with Personal security is updated, the update fails. This issue occurs because the Passphrase Format is not selected. This issue is observed on the following WLAN profiles—WPA2-Personal, WPA-Personal, Both(WPA2 & WPA), WPA3-Personal.

Workaround: Update Passphrase Format to [8-63 chars].

CNX-129346

Users were unable to edit a WLAN SSID in the Wireless > WLAN > WLAN - Security page when the passphrase was configured as 64 hexadecimal characters. The fix ensures that the users are able to edit a WLAN SSID when the passphrase is configured as 64 hexadecimal characters.

CNX-121116

HPE Aruba Networking Central displayed mismatched interface statistics in the graph for third-party switches. This issue occurred due to an inaccurate conversion of data rates from kbps to octets. The fix ensures that the interface statistics are displayed correctly in the graph for third-party switches.

CNX-128782

When a gateway receives configuration for creating a WLAN SSID, the access point fails to get the configuration node list from the Overlay Tunnel Orchestrator. The fix ensures that the access points receive the configuration node list.

CNX-129213 Users were unable to update the Syslog Server profile. If they tried to change the IP address through the UI at the global, site-collection or site level, the Failed to update Profile message was displayed. This issue was not observed at the library level. The fix ensures that updating the syslog server profiles works as expected.

CNX-127804

When a gateway was onboarded after a cluster profile was configured in the HPE Aruba Networking Central WebUI, the gateway IP address was not available in the cluster profile. The fix ensures that the gateway IP address is available in the cluster profile, after the cluster profile configuration and gateway onboarding.

CNX-119632

The Audit Trail page incorrectly displayed redundant logs for NTP profile updates in Classic Central. This issue occurred when an automatic unassigned log was generated along with the updated log for the NTP profile. The fix ensures that the Audit Trail page displays correct logs.

CNX-127774

The gateway device received no ip address configuration and was moved to CONFIG FAILURE state. This issue occurred when a VLAN interface mapped as System IP was modified or deleted in the Gateway System Profile page. The fix disallows deletion of IPv4 address if its VLAN is configured as system IPv4 VLAN.

CNX-109119

The expanded view of the Capacity card on the Gateway cluster dashboard displayed incorrect client capacity number on the member chart. The fix ensures that the Capacity card displays correct information.

CNX-132985

The gateway profile name was not displayed on the References tab. This issue was seen when a gateway cluster profile was used in the WLAN SSID profile. It was because of a limitation in Infra where leaf-ref was not permitted from the device to the service YANG model. The fix ensures that gateway cluster profile is displayed appropriately on the References tab.

CNX-135841

In Classic Central, the Gateways > Tunnels table displayed VXLAN tunnel information. However, this information was not shown in HPE Aruba Networking Central. The issue occurred because the VXLAN message did not process at the gateway message transformer.

The fix ensures that HPE Aruba Networking Central displays correct information in the LAN page.

CNX-129046

When a CPU Utilization report was generated for third-party switches on the Report > Create Report page, the switch name was missing in the report. This fix ensures that the switch name is displayed correctly in CPU Utilization reports.

CNX-134641 In Classic Central, the Delete icon under Library >Devices > Aliases was not supporting. The fix ensures that the delete icon is removed.
CNX-134749 The client session data for new KPIs displayed the site name instead of the site ID. The fix ensures that the client session data displays accurate information.
