Secure Web Services Top Talkers

The Secure Web Services Top Talkers tab shows historical statistics related to Secure Web Services for selected appliances. Statistics are aggregated if more than one appliance is selected in the appliance tree.

NOTE: This feature provides statistics only for appliances that are licensed and configured for Secure Web Services. For more license information, see Secure Web Services.

Select one or more appliances in the appliance tree, and then click one of the following buttons to view the associated statistics:

Field	Description
Allowed Web Category	The table lists web categories representing sets of web domains and sites that users are allowed to access. It also provides hit counts related to the listed web categories. These categories are pre-defined by OpenText™ Threat Intelligence (BrightCloud) and are allowed using match criteria for web categories. To display a list of top URLs that users accessed for a listed web category, click the associated info icon in the Top URLs field. If the URL is implicitly allowed, or a web category to which it is assigned is not blocked, the URL is included in the Allowed URL table.
Denied Web Category	The table lists web categories representing sets of web domains and sites that users are not allowed to access. It also provides hit counts related to the listed web categories. These categories are pre-defined by OpenText Threat Intelligence (BrightCloud) and are denied using match criteria for web categories. To display a list of top URLs that users attempted to access but were denied, click the associated info icon in the Top URLs field. If the URL is implicitly denied, or a web category to which it is assigned is blocked, the URL is included in the Denied URL table.
Allowed URL	The table lists URLs that users were allowed to access. It also provides hit counts related to the listed URLs. These URLs were allowed because they belong to an allowed web category or are explicitly allowed using match criteria for the specific URLs. To display a list of top IP addresses that accessed a listed URL, click the associated info icon in the Top IPs field.
Denied URL	The table lists URLs that users attempted to access but were denied. It also provides hit counts related to the listed URLs. These URLs were not allowed because they belong to a denied web category, or the specific URLs were denied because match criteria for the specific URLs deny access. To display a list of top IP addresses that attempted to access a listed URL but were denied, click the associated info icon in the Top IPs field.
Top Src IP	The table lists top source IPs based on flow counts. To display a list of top URLs that were accessed by a listed source IP address, click the associated info icon in the Top URLs field.

To save the contents of the currently displayed table to a CSV file, click Export.
